Vintage Diamond and Platinum Solitaire Engagement ring. Set in a six prong head, this beautiful diamond is a transitional cut, with the proportions of an early Round Brilliant Cut and an open, polished culet reminiscent of an Old European Cut diamond. The diamond weighs approximately .50 CT, as estimated by measurement. It has clarity of VS1 and color of G. The inside of the tapered shank is marked 100 IRID 900 PLAT and <PS>.
