Vintage Sterling Silver Large Saint Christopher Swinger Medal This oval medal has a high relief design and a larger size at 1 X 3/4 inches. And the front panel slides open to reveal an inner panel that is engraved "To Rip from Peggy" and a date from the 1970s that is hard to read. The medal has a beautiful patina and is in Good Vintage Condition, with a bit of loosening at the rivet.

HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Sterling and indistinguishable maker's mark on reverse of front panel.
