Antique Lady's Gold Filled Necklace Chain for Watch, Lorgnette, Muff, or Locket. Made in the period of 1890 - 1910, this long curb link watch chain has an oval bean shaped slide, measuring 10.03mm X 8.03mm X 6mm. The top of the slide is set with one tiny opal doublet cabochon and is decorated with Etruscan Revival style circles and rope twists. The oval link chain is 48 inches long (including the clasp) and is finished with a balloon clasp to hold a pendant watch, lorgnette, muff or locket.
In Very Good Vintage Condition, with expected surface wear. The slide is "stuck" at its current location, about 4 inches above the top of the clasp. It may move, but I do not want to force it. I believe this could be an easy fix.
