Vintage Silver Plate Mother of Pearl Teething Ring - Antique Fixed Handle Baby Teether - circa 1910 - Shower Christening Gift - Edwardian
Antique Silver Plated Handled Mother of Pearl Baby Teething Ring. The silver plate handle is engraved front and back with scrolls and has a blank cartouche on the front. The handle is attached to ring of mother of pearl by floral decorated accents. Th handle has an Edwardian look, but the accents are Arts and Crafts in style.
The piece is 4 7/8 inch long and is 1 1/2 inches in diameter at the ring. Weighs 17. 6 grams. Unmarked. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with very little finish wear and no damage noted.
Sold as a decorative item, as I do not feel this could be safely used by an infant today.
