Vintage Juliana DeLizza and Elster Swirled Tiered Rhinestone Brooch. This beautiful D & E brooch has a cast silver tone metal base with clear round rhinestones set in a swirled pinwheel. Atop this level are florets of round aurora borealis blue rhinestones that are riveted to the base. The brooch measures 2 1/4 inch per side.

CONDITION: Very good vintage condition, with no damage noted aside from very minor scratches to aurora borealis finish
