Vintage Sterling Enamel Miraculous Medal Necklace by Grenci. This gorgeous medal features hand painted pink roses and green leaves in enamel, framing Mary. It is marked on the reverse Sterling Grenci and is suspended from an 18 inch sterling curb chain. Both the chain and the medal have rhodium plating, which remains shiny. The medal appears to be unworn and is in Exceptional Vintage Condition.
