Vintage Petite Hand Painted Pink and Black Rose Enamel Pin with Rhinestone Frame. This sweet little floral brooch is a beautiful accept piece for your lapel or hat band. The center panel is decorated with a pink rose with green leaves set against a black background. This domed plaque is framed by faceted clear rhinestones.
