Vintage Folding Medicine Spoon of 800 Silver. Made in Italy about 1920, this folding spoon is usually called a medicine spoon and this one seems to be a teaspoon size. The folding handle has an ornate design with a different face on each side. Stamped 800 and Made In Italy on the inner rim of the bowl.
