Vintage Natural Diamond Solitaire Illusion Head 14K Gold Ring. Made about 1990, this is a beautiful engagement ring featuring one Round Brilliant Cut Diamond set in an illusion head atop a 10K yellow gold shank. The diamond weighs approximately .04 CT, as estimated by measurement.
