Art Deco Sterling Silver Marcasite Carnelian Ring. This vintage 1920s ring features cushion cut carnelian cabochon with four prongs. The stone is surrounded by marcasites, two of which are missing. The ring has an overall geometric, stepped design. The ring is in good condition, except for the two missing marcasites and a has a lovely patina.

METAL/MATERIALS: Sterling Silver, Natural Carnelian, Marcasites
STONE: Natural Carnelian Agate measuring 13.2 mm X 11.8 mm X 6.2 mm
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: No marks, but tests as 925 sterling silver. The mark was likely removed in a previous sizing.
MEASUREMENTS: Head of ring measures approximately 1" X 3/4". Shank measures 2.15 mm wide at reverse.
RING SIZE: 6
WEIGHT: 5.9 grams
CONDITION: In good condition, with a lovely patina. There are two MISSING marcasites.
