Vintage Pearl Sapphire and Diamond Ring circa 1980. This lovely vintage ring features an 8.8mm round Akoya cultured pearl surrounded by 7 marquise and 5 round heat treated sapphires , all prong set. There are also 4 small full cut natural diamonds channel set inside leaf shaped accents.

CONDITION: Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor surface wear appropriate to age
SIZE/MEASUREMENTS: Ring measures 15.5 X 18 mm at head and the band measures 1.85 mm at reverse of shank.
