Vintage Theta Chi Fraternity Pin of 14K Yellow Gold with Black Enamel, Cultured Seed Pearls, Lab Created Rubies. This fraternity badge features the very old Theta Chi crest with crossed swords over a coiled snake. Surrounding the crest are cultured pearls and lab created rubies. There is also a ruby at the snake's head. Attached to the badge by a fine chain is a pearl studded alpha gamma chapter pin.

Engraved on reverse of pin is "Alpha Gamma David Reel 1927". The Alpha Gamma chapter of Theta Chi was installed June 21, 1919 at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.

STONES: 16 Cultured Pearls of 1.25 mm and 14 Cultured Pearls of 1 mm, 2 Lab Created Rubies of 1.25 mm and 1 small cabochon created ruby in the eye of the snake

HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Unmarked, but both badge and chapter pin test as 14K Yellow Gold

CONDITION: Very Good Vintage Condition, with very tiny scratches to the black enamel.

MEASUREMENTS: 22.55 mm X 14.56 mm for larger badge

WEIGHT: 5.1 grams
