Vintage 1980's 10K Yellow Gold Sapphire Swirl Pendant. This sweet swirl pendant is the perfect gift for a September girl . Made of 10K yellow gold, the pendant is set with an oval faceted enhanced sapphire set in four prongs. The sapphire has been enhanced through heat treatment, as was common in pieces made in the 1980s.
