Vintage Created Blue Star Sapphire and Diamond Ring in 10K White Gold. The ring features one bezel set blue star sapphire measuring 11.75 mm X 10.6 mm, flanked with a single cut diamond bead set in a rhomboid shape.
The ring is in Very Good Vintage Condition, with expected surface wear and some minor scratches to the cabochon.
