Antique 9Ct Amethyst Seed Pearl Bangle Bracelet. Made in the Victorian era, this 9 karat rose gold bracelet features a round faceted natural amethyst weighing approximately 1 carat set in a serated bezel and four natural silver-gray seed pearls measuring approximately 1 mm to 1.5 mm. The design of the bracelet is accented with scrolls and applied balls typical of the Aesthetic Movement. The bracelet has a box and tab clasp and safety chain.
Made in the 1890's, the bracelet is in remarkable condition, and seems to have been worn very little. Likely made abroad, as 9 Karat gold is not recognized in US manufacturing.
