Antique Edwardian 14K Lab Created Sapphire, White Sapphire, and Seed Pearl Stick Pin. This beautiful shield shaped cravat pin has a center faceted pear cut man made blue sapphire in bezel mounting, crowned by a single cut natural white sapphire also in bezel setting. The piece is further accented with 20 tiny natural seed pearls. All stones are set in 14K yellow gold, with hallmark on pin stem.
This piece would make a beautiful ring or pendant conversion.
