Retro 10K Yellow Gold Bypass Ring with Marquise Cut Lab Created Ruby. Made in the 1960s, the ring features florentine finish accents and a diagonally set stone.
The stone measures 12.7 mm x 5.65 mm x 3.45 mm. The shank of the ring is 1.7 mm in the reverse.
Size 6 1/2, the ring weighs 2.2 grams.
