Vintage Mexican Biker's Ring with Indian Chief and Skull and Cross Bones. This is a nice example of the sort of biker rings that were popular among veterans who returned from WWII to California and would cross the border to by the rings in Mexico. Legend is that they were worn on multiple fingers as a type of "brass knuckle".
This authentic 1940's men's ring features a full body Indian Chief with feather head dress and skull and cross bones motifs on shields applied to both shoulders. The piece is in overall very good vintage condition with missing enamel which just adds to the character. Its inner band is stamped "MEXICO." Please note that this piece was handmade and the exact metal content is unknown. The rings were typically made of various coins melted down.
