1940s Cannetille Sphere Ring Sterling Silver Cuernavaca Mexico RD - Adjustable Size - Vintage Estate Jewelry
Vintage Sterling Silver Sphere Ring with Cannetille Decoration made in Cuernavaca Mexico in the 1940s. The sphere measures 19 mm in diameter and is covered completely in Etruscan style decoration. The ring is currently a size 5.5, but is adjustable.
The mark on the inside of the shank is martial, but R.D. can be made out clearly. The remainder of the mark can be matched to other marks for the artist, and the full mark should read Hecho in Mexico c. 925 Cuernavaca, with the IDB eagle mark.
In very good vintage condition, with no damage of any sort noted. We have left the original patina intact.
