Vintage Southwestern Turquoise Sterling Silver Thunderbird Brooch Coral Mother of Pearl Abalone Shell Inlay. This hand made brooch is crafted of sterling silver with rope twist trim, raindrop accents, and multistone inlay work.
The brooch measures approximately 2 1/4 inches tall and 1 3/8 inches wide. It is finished with a pin stem with rollover safety clasp.
Although the pin is unmarked, it tests as sterling silver. The original old pawn price of 115.00 in ink, as well as the buyer’s code remain on the reverse.
In very good vintage condition, with no damage of any sort noted.
This piece is from a collection of the new old stock inventory from a closed trading post style store that closed in the 1980s. It was never worn.
