Art Deco Sterling Silver Necessaire Card Case by G.H. French. Suitable for a lady's purse or a man's pocket, this vintage case has spring-loaded nickel and dime holders, A mirror lidded compartment with a celluloid note card in the compartment underneath, as well as a money or card section with a spring arm to hold the contents.
The front of the case has striped decoration and a rectangular cartouche that has never been engraved. The reverse is blank. The case has a push button closure on the end opposite the hinge. Stamped "Sterling" with G H F maker's mark of the G.H. French
In good vintage condition, with some scuffs to the surface and an obvious dent on the reverse.

HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Stamped Sterling with the Maker's mark of G.H. French of Attleboro, Massachusetts. The company was is operation in the 1920s and 1930s.
CONDITION: In good vintage condition, with some scuffs to the surface and an obvious dent on the reverse.
MEASUREMENTS: It measures 3 and 3/8" long (excluding button), 2 and 3/8" wide and 1/2" thick.
