Grand Vintage Southwestern Sterling Silver Leaf Dew Drop Three Stone Turquoise Cuff Bracelet. The five band cuff features a large oval plaque with scratched background, set with three brilliant blue turquoise cabochons in plain bezels, flanked by raised applied leaf decorations and graduated dew drops. The center plaque is framed with a stamped border. This bold bracelet has the characteristic style of Navajo design and silversmithing. However, it is unsigned, so we will simply call it Southwestern.
3 1/4" wide cuff has a total inner circumference of 6 3/8 inches.
The bracelet was obtained from the stock of a trading post store that closed in the 1980s. The shop had many high quality and pow wow award-winning pieces. It is unmarked and acid tests as sterling silver. The bracelet weighs 124.5 grams.
ERA: 1970s
METAL/MATERIAL: Sterling Silver with Turquoise
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Unstamped, but tests as sterling silver. Trading Post permanent ink price of 800- and a scratched geometric mark, as well as OOGBH buyer's code.
CONDITION: Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor age wear and patina appropriate to age. The bracelet has never been worn.
SIZE/MEASUREMENTS:3 1/4 inch wide and 5 3/8 inch from end to end, with a 1 inch gap. Total wearable length (inner circumference) is 6 3/8 inches.
