Modernist open cuff by C. Leslie Smith. The company was founded by Charles Leslie Smith, Jr. in 1955 when he left a teaching job in precious metal craft at the Philadelphia College of Art to devote his efforts to the creation of unique silver jewelry. The company passed to his son Charles Leslie Smith III after his father's death in 2008.
This bracelet likely dates from the 1970s. Made of .925 sterling silver, the cuff is 5.25 inches long, plus 0.94 inch opening. The bracelet is 0.44 inch wide.
