Vintage Mexican Sterling Amethyst Bracelet. Made in the 1940s, this early Mexican Silver bracelet has 7 links of four domes each centered with a cabochon of natural amethyst. The bracelet ss SHORT at 6 1/2 inches long, and is finished with a hook closure. Stamped Silver Mexico, with no eagle mark, indicating this is an early piece. The eagle mark was adopted in 1948. The bracelet is in good vintage condition, with expected wear, dings, and patina.
ERA: WWII Era, 1940s
METAL/MATERIAL: Sterling Silver, as tested
HALLMARK: Silver Mexico
MEASUREMENTS: 6 1/2 inches long and 13/16 inch across
WEIGHT: 16.5 grams
CONDITION: Good Vintage Condition, with expected wear, dings, and patina. Previously owned an worn.
