Vintage 10K .50 CT Diamond Heart Pendant. This sparkling heart is set with 15 tapered baguette cut and eleven round brilliant cut diamonds forty-four round full cut diamonds prong set in white gold tipped prongs on this 10K yellow gold open heart pendant. The pendant has an integrated bale. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with no damage noted.
