Vintage Hobe Silvertone Mesh Necklace Bracelet Earring Set. This Mid-Century set by Hobe includes a V collar necklace, a straight line bracelet and gypsy hoop dangle clip on earrings. The 18 inch long V necklace is finished with a spring ring clasp, as is the 7 1/2" long bracelet. All pieces are made of silver tone metal mesh and all are in very good vintage condition with minor surface wear and no damage noted.
ERA: Mid Century, 1960s
METAL/MATERIALS: Silver Tone Base Metal
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Oval plaque reading Hobe on reverse of bracelet bar and matching hang tag on necklace. Hobe had origins in late 19th century France and was established in the USA as Hobe' Cie Limited around 1920. This set was created while the company remained in the control of the Hobe family.
NECKLACE MEASUREMENTS: 18 inches long and 5/8 inch wide at widest point
BRACELET MEASUREMENTS: 7 inches long and 5/8 inch wide
EARRING MEASUREMENTS: 1 1/2 inch long and 3/8 inch wide
CONDITION: The set is in very good vintage condition, with no damage noted aside from some minor finish scratches to aurora borealis finish. Previously owned and worn.
