Vintage 10K Black Star Sapphire Diamond Ring. This 1980s bypass ring has a marquise cabochon natural black star sapphire set in a four prong head, accented by two little diamonds. The sapphire has diffuse asterism without a clear star. It is a size 6 /2 and is marked 10K inside shank. Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor wear consistent with age.
ERA: Modern Vintage, 1980s
METAL/MATERIAL: 10K Yellow Gold
STONE: One Marquise Cabochon Natural Black Star Sapphire and two single cut diamonds with combined weight of .02 CT
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: 10K and unidentified maker's mark inside shank.
MEASUREMENTS: The head measures 9 mm wide and the shank tapers to 1.5 mm at the reverse of the shank.
RING SIZE: 6 1/2
WEIGHT: 1.3 grams
CONDITION: Good Vintage Condition, with very minor surface wear. Previously owned and worn.
