Antique 10K Lab Created Ruby Solitaire Ring. This simple elegant ring features a round faceted lab-created ruby in a high solitaire mounting with six claw prongs. The ring is in good antique condition, with a lovely patina to the gold and very minor facet abrasions. The ring is a size 7 1/4 and is marked 10KH .
