Vintage Sterling Silver Vermeil Engraved Heart Locket Necklace. Made in the 1940s, this sweet larger sterling silver heart shaped locket has beautiful engraving and the loveliest embossed beveled edge. Both photo frames and original foil paper liners are present. The locket is suspended from an 18" sterling silver vermeil rolo chain finished with spring ring clasp. Very good vintage condition, with minor tarnish and surface wear and no other damage noted.

METAL/MATERIALS: 925 Sterling Silver with 10K Gold Wash
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Sterling on inner photo frame. Later replacement chain is marked 925 Italy.
MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 18" long. Locket is 1 1/4" long (including bale) by 15/16" wide.
WEIGHT: 6.3 grams
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition, with minor tarnish and surface wear and no other damage noted. Previously owned and worn.
