Vintage 14K Gold .08 CT Diamond Illusion Head Solitaire Ring. Made about 1950, this is a beautiful engagement ring featuring one round brilliant cut diamond set in a white gold illusion head atop a tapered 14K yellow gold shank with one single cut diamond set in a milgrain edge lozenge on each shoulder. The diamond weighs approximately .15 CT, as estimated by measurement.
