This beautifully simple delicate ring features a prong set round faceted lab-created yellow sapphire set in a four-petalled flower in a slight bypass shank. Can be worn as a pinkie or midi ring or as pendant on chain. Size 4.75. In very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
