Vintage 14K Diamond Lab-Created Pink Sapphire Ring. Made about 1940, this 14 karat yellow gold ring features one bezel-set oval created pink sapphire with buff top and faceted pavilion. The shoulders are decorated with a gavel and cross with 15 bead set single cut natural diamonds. It seems this ring was owned by a president or past-president of an organization. The ring is s size 5 and is in good vintage condition with the surface wear and patina commensurate with age.
