Vintage 10K .20 CT Diamond Bypass Engagement Ring. Made about 1990, this 10K yellow gold ring features a .10 CT round brilliant cut diamond set in an illusion head. The ring is further enhanced with ten round brilliant diamonds channel set in the white gold swirls that wrap around the solitaire. Their combined weight is approximately .15 CT TW. It is a size 6 1/4 and is in Good Vintage Condition, with minimal surface wear appropriate to age.
