Vintage 10K Sapphire Diamond Pyramid Ring. Made in the 1980s, this ring features five marquise sapphires, and eight single cut diamonds, all prong set. The raised gallery takes a peaked form. The sapphires have a combined total weight of approximately 1 CT and the diamonds have a combined total weight of approximately .10 CT. The ring measures 6.3 mm wide at the head, which stands 8.9 mm high. Shank tapers to 1.6 mm at the reverse. The ring is a size 8. In very good vintage condition, with very minor surface scratches.
