Vintage 10K Anklet of Singapore Chain with Puffy Open Heart Charm. This 10 inch long vintage anklet has two charms, one little flat heart and one puffy open heart, which measures approximately 3/8" in diameter. Finished with a balloon clasp, the anklet weighs 1.5 grams and is marked 10K Italy with an unknown maker's mark. In very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
