Vintage 14K Cameo Dangle Earrings. Each of these dainty earrings features an oval carved cameo held in a plain bezel inside a rope twist frame, then suspended from 14K posts. The pierced earrings have posts and butterfly backs. In very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
