Vintage Lady's Cameo Brooch and Pendant with 12K Gold Filled Twist Frame. The shell cameo of a woman with short curved hair with floral accents on shoulder and in hair is beautifully hand carved, with crisp details. The woman is a lovely creamy white color against a background of a pinky orange. The oval cameo is set in a plain bezel with twist frame. The piece is finished with pin stem with roll over safety and an attached hidden pendant bale.
