Vintage 18K Gold 1 CT Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace. Twenty two round brilliant cut diamonds are prong set on this 18K yellow gold open heart pendant with decorated pierced work on reverse of the mounting. The pendant has a solid bale and is suspended from an 18" box chain of 18K yellow gold finished with a spring ring clasp. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with no damage noted.
