Vintage 14K Gold Akoya Cultured Pearl Diamond Pendant Necklace. Two cultured akoya pearls measuring 4.3 mm and 3.5 mm decorate this 14K yellow gold swirl pendant, along with one full cut diamond (weight of approximately .02 CT) set in a three prong white gold head. The piece is finished with an integrated bale which is suspended from an 18 inch fine drawn rope chain.
