Vintage Sterling Silver Kentucky Lake KY Dam Charm. The Kentucky Lake was created by the construction of the Kentucky Dam on the Tennessee River in the 1930s-1940s. This little three dimensional charm measures 5/8" X 9/16". In good vintage condition with minor surface wear.
