Vintage 14K Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace. This open heart charm of 14K yellow gold ifeatures a single cut .03 CT diamond in a white gold square illusion mounting. This heart pendant measures approximately 11/16 X 7/8 inch and is suspended from an 18" fine rope chain. The pendant is in very good condition, with no damage noted.

HALLMARKS/HISTORY: 14K on chain tag and spring ring. Pendant also tests as 14K
