Vintage 1980's 14K Diamond Cut Filigree Heart Pendant. Made in the 1980s, this 14K puffed heart pendant is made of filigree wirework accented by diamond cutting. This delicate pendant measures approximately 9/16" X 15/16" inches (including bale). Marked 14K DZ, the pendant is in excellent condition, with no damage noted.
