Vintage Mans 14K Yellow Gold Old European Cut Diamond Ring. This ring was made circa 1920 of 14K yellow gold and features three Old European Cut diamonds bead set in white gold illusion heads. The ring is a size 11.5 and weighs 8.2 grams. The ring is in Good Vintage Condition, with the expected surface wear commensurate with age.
