Vintage Sterling Silver Filigree Heart Smoky Quartz Ring. This ring features a large emerald cut smoky quartz stone set in four prongs atop a tapered shank with cut out filigree hearts. The stone has an approximate weight of 3 CT. The ring is size 6 and is in very good vintage vintage condition.
