Vintage Marquise Lab Created Blue Spinel Diamond Band. One marquise cut and four round lab spinels in created cobalt blue and eight round brilliant cut diamonds are all prong set in a cathedral mounting atop a raised gallery of 14K yellow gold. Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor surface wear and facet abrasion. Size 5 1/2.
