Vintage 10K .75 CT Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace. This sparkling heart is set with forty-four round full cut diamonds prong set in white gold heads on this 10K yellow gold open heart pendant. The pendant has a rabbit ear bale and is suspended from an 18" drawn rope chain of 10K yellow gold finished with a spring ring clasp. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with no damage noted.
