Vintage 14K Golden CZ Solitaire Ring. Set in a six prong twisted head atop a bypass shank, this round faceted golden yellow colored cubic zirconia makes a subtle and elegant statement. The 14K yellow gold ring is a size 6 and is in very good vintage condition with minor surface scratches commensurate with wear and no damage.
