Vintage 14K Diamond Floating Heart Necklace. This open heart charm of 14K yellow gold is very dainty and delicate and is set with a single cut diamond in an illusion mounting. This heart pendant measures approximately 3/8 X 9/16 inch and is suspended from a 17" drawn curb chain. Marked 14K, the pendant is in very good condition, with no damage noted.
