Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Nugget Pendant. Made in the 1980s, this pendant is a cast 14K yellow gold nugget set with one .20 CT round brilliant cut natural diamond. The pendant is 5/8 inch wide and 1 3/16 inch tall including bale. The heavy nugget weighs 9.9 grams and is in very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
