Vintage 14K Murano Glass Heart Dangle Earrings. Beautiful Murano glass hearts with swirls of cobalt blue, copper aventurina, and gold foil. The hearts are suspended from 14K gold ear wires, with the beads terminated with 14K beads at the tip. The earrings are in very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
